Salt Cake

A simple made downy cake with cheese. It is served cold with a cup of tea or wine, or even a beer. You will love it.

3 beaten up eggs
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
A tea cup crumble cheese
1/2  tea cup yoghourt
A teaspoon baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
A teacup flour

Put the baking soda into the tea cup with yoghourt, then put it on a big bowl and mix it with all the other victuals. Pour out the mixture in a medium baking dish smeared with oil and dust with flour. It is baked on an oven heat up to 360° F (180° C) for about 35 minutes.  The salt cake is served cold.
